We tested three recipes for last night’s meal… Prosciutto-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with sage, beet risotto, and sauteed peas with radishes. We’ll have recipes for all of these at Saturday’s market if you’re interested. The peas, radishes, beets, and herbs are out of the garden, now we just need to find some local pork and we’re set.
It was a great meal, the beet risotto was the big surprise to me. I love beets, I love risotto, but never thought to combine the two… It was one of the best risottos I’ve had.
