CSA – September 14

Most of you know we started a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) this season. We thought you might want to see what a sample week looks like. What you see below is a Full share from Tuesday.

Full CSA Share

In the basket, Full Share members received a bunch of 6 beets, one eggplant, 4 kohlrabi, 3 or 4 leeks, a bunch of parsley, 3 pounds of Kennebec potatoes, 3/4 lb spinach, 1 3/4 pound summer squash, 4 tomatoes, a bunch of carrots, and a winter squash.

Our 1/2 Shares received a bunch of 4 beets, bunch of parsley, 2 pounds of Kennebec potatoes, 3/4 pound summer squash, 3 tomatoes, a bunch of carrots, and a winter squash.
