Best Breakfast

For me, the best breakfast includes farm fresh eggs. It just does. They are bright and flavorful, especially when they have runny yolks. Now that, that is a thing of beauty.

Our breakfast Sunday following market last week included “that”. We toasted some Bad River Bread and rubbed it with garlic. Fried a couple farm eggs to top the bread. And then, Matt sautéed some of our asparagus and some foraged morel mushrooms (thank you Jess!) to cascade down the side. So good.
