Just a reminder, we are debuting our locally roasted coffee beans at Bliss/Sweet Peas (located in the St Charles, on the corner of Euclid and Capitol) this Saturday from 10am-4pm.

We will also have a few bags of sunflower shoots and pea shoots. We have been enjoying these in stir fry, tossed into salads, as greens on our sandwiches, and piled on top of our morning omelettes.

Stop in and try a sample cup of coffee while browsing the creative items Bliss/Sweet Peas has to offer. You can also pick up some Bab’s Bites ‘n Bones dog biscuits!

Matt and I are really excited about our locally roasted coffee beans. We’re enjoying a cup of Full City Honduras as I type this post. Very smooth with a hint of baker’s chocolate.
