Spring is one of my favorite times of the year. After a long, cold winter where everything is either white or brown, I yearn for the bright colors and fresh scents Spring has to offer. Hyacinth in our front yard, apricot blossoms at the farm, rain, and fresh cut grass are just a few of the things I look forward to each April.

At the farm, the apricot blossoms are the first to appear. We were so pleased to see our bees made it through their first Winter and they have been buzzing this tree for the last three days!
